We believe that talent is nothing more than a tiny seed. That is waiting for the right conditions to grow. Everyone possesses that little seed we only need to make it grow. There are many qualities needed to grow this "seed". In the past 15 years we have met a lot of people with special talents.

After more then 15 years of experience in delivering talent in technology we recognize eight recurring personal qualities that are shown more often by people who really love what they do and and want to make a difference in life. These qualities are like nutrients, they enable talent to grow to a great height.

Curiosity

Passionate people are always very curious, they need to know or want to find out. They learn much just by asking; "how".

Modest

People with great talent don't see them selves as talented. But they show self confidence.

Eagerness

There is an ongoing eagerness for knowledge and learning, it's like continuous improvement born naturally.

High-EQ

This quality is recognized as a sort of fifth sense they seem to adjust their behavior in each and every situation

Team spirit

To accomplish great things we need to work together, no great result is only accomplished by one person.

Self-motivation

Passionate people just know what to do, they are highly self motivated.

Discipline

This quality is close to self-motivation but is also a form of perseverance when sometimes work is repeatedly the same.

Without any doubt, talented people have developed impressive skills
